Ordinance nº 220, November 12 , 2012 - Maternity Leave for Pregnant Women

Applying for maternity leave, up to four months, according to the need and requesting the maintenance of the scholarship. The document should have the science of the advisor. Along with the Maternity Leave Request, attach a Report or Medical Certificate that proves the situation.


President of Capes clarifies doubts about stockpiling of scholarships and paid activities

On July 16, 2010, Joint Ordinance No. 1 was published , drafted by the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (Capes) and by the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq), which deals with the accumulation of scholarships with paid activities. Capes’ Press Office released an interview with the foundation's president, Jorge Almeida Guimarães, which clarifies points of the new measure.
